A stunning former gardeners cottage with Private Pool is tucked away in the breath taking landscape of Exmoor National Park. [POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM 1st OCTOBER TO 30TH APRIL ] Hot tub all year. The cottage is situated in the village of Rockford, 4 miles walk from Lynmouth or a short drive.
It boasts modern appliances and design. Set mainly on one level, a low ceiling mezzanine accommodates a small double bed & extra single bed.
The one acre garden is a real treat with plenty of vista points.

The old workshop is a newly (2022) converted, detached building next to our little cottage, located in a quiet, scenic Exmoor valley just a few miles inland from Lynton and Lynmouth.
There are spectacular walks from the doorstep, and there are two country pubs, one in each direction, and both less than a 10 minute walk.
We've had a lot of fun converting The Old Workshop into a warm, cosy space, using reclaimed wood and upcycling items such as old beer barrels and an old pine wardrobe.
