Situated at the edge of Baildon moor, boasting amazing views of the surrounding countryside, we are surrounded by fields and stunning views. The perfect place to relax!
We are a short walk from Baildon village, where you’ll find pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways, and Leeds city is just 15 mins on the train.
We are located on an old farm and do have some animals on site, we have horses, dogs, cats and a very friendly pig called Daphne! So some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

Situated on the edge of Baildon Moor, this modern private annex is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse and boasts fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.
The property is a short walk from Baildon village where there are pubs, shops, restaurants & takeaways. Leeds City Centre can also be reached via train (17 minutes from Shipley train station).
We have horses, dogs, cats and a very friendly pig called Daphne at the farm, therefore some farm noises are to be expected!

A stone throw away from the heritage village of Saltaire and a couple of minute drive from Baildon town centre - both include numerous bars and restaurants.
Great for hikers as walking distance from Shipley Glen and Ilkley Moors, as well the Leeds/Liverpool canal and River Aire trails.
